Our Clients are Soooo Happy!

I am very proud of all the nice comments we receive about how easy it to communicate with us here at Details by DiFranco.

We actually go through great lengths to make sure when you have a question, you will get an answer very quickly. For instance, when the office is closed, our office phones forward all calls to a mobile phone that travels with one of us and it’s always answered (within reasonable hours).

We are pretty crazy about checking email throughout the day. If we hear the computer make a “ding” sound, we’ll respond right away. Try it out sometime.

Also, if you see the “Ask Live” button and it says “online” on the left side of the page, you can click on that button to reach us right away. It may not be the most reliable way because sometimes it says available when we’re not but it’s worth a try.

Answering emails and phone calls is just one more way we create confidence and security with our happy clients. Wouldn’t you enjoy that much confidence with your wedding photography experience? Try us out!

Katie and Dan at CR Sparks 01-19-2008

Katie and Dan, Read the Whole Story

Katie and Dan are so in love. They’ve been together forever and both families were so enjoyable. Katie actually sang that song by Ingrid Michaelson - “The Way I Am”, you know it goes like… if your chilly here take my sweater

Everything was amazing. The center pieces on the reception tables caught my eye as soon as I walked in the door. I found out later they were done by Susanne’s Weddings. I’ll see if I can post a photo of them. The thing that was nice is that Susanne actually dropped into the wedding herself just to see that everything was going well with the flowers! I hardly ever see that kind of thing.

Georgia and Tommy

For Christmas this year Tony wanted to give his family something that they have not had since he was about 8 years old. A portrait of his parents. We know that often people forget about how important it is to get a professional photo of themselves done especially as we get older. Here is the photo that we captured of Tony’s parents, Georgia and Tommy.

Update: After receiving this photo as a Christmas gift, Tony’s middle sister Tina wrote us a heartwarming thank you on how this is something she has wanted for a long time and how grateful she is.

Elise and Mike: July 22, 2007

Elise and Mike had a beautiful ceremony at St. Marks Church in Londonderry, NH. They then went to Searles Castle in Windham, NH for their reception. They had a fun wedding which had amazing energy. She did a wonderful job pulling everything off and her wedding was a huge success. They had so many awesome photos, I had a hard time picking which ones to show. These are some of my favorite shots from their wedding.

Dorette and Brian

Dorette and Brian had a beautiful sea side ceremony, followed by a reception at the Haverhill Country Club. They had a beautiful wedding with many wonderful photos. Here are a few of our favorites from their wedding. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
